Free shipping on orders above 65 euros and for return 

we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

Exchanges are available if you need a different size or color, subject to product availability. Please reach out to our support team for assistance.

Some items cannot be returned, including personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, and final sale items.
